ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING 2025
Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of the Association will be held on Sunday 4 May 2025 at Marconi Club, 121-133 Prairie Vale Rd, Bossley Park” Michillini Hall” commencing at 11:00Am
The agenda for the meeting will be:
1. Nomination of two scrutineers
2. Confirm and accept the minutes of the AGM held on Sunday 14th April 2024
3. Report of the President
4. Report of the Secretary
5. Report of the Treasurer
6. General Discussion/Future of the Association
7. Election of Committee members
We invite members of the Association to consider nomination for a position on the Committee.
If you are interested in nomination for a position, please fill out the attached form and return it to the above address by Friday 25 April 2025.
Although current members are legible to renominate for the position on the Committee, all positions are declared vacant at the Annual General Meeting.
In event that there is more one candidate for the same position, a ballot will be held.
Only members who were financial member for year 2024 as well being financial member for year 2025 are legible to vote.
All participants will receive a gift voucher of $20.00 to spend at the Marconi Club.

Membership Renewal Function 2025

Dear Members and Friends

The President & the Committee would like to invite all members to attend our up-coming event which will be held on:

                                                                          Sunday 22 June 2025

Michelini Room- Club Marconi 121-133 Prairie Vale Rd. Bossley Park

Please arrive at 10.30am (The registration could be lengthy)

Lunch will be served no later than 11:30am.

This will include a four (4) course meal with 2 bottles of wines per table, soft drinks, sparkling water and

espresso coffee.

The Committee has decided that the Membership Renewal for all members of the year 2024 will be FREE

of charge for the reminder of this year.

The members, who have paid their 2025 membership fee, will receive a $10.00 discount for this event.

The cost is:

Member $95.00 pp.

Financial members: $85.00 pp.

Non Member $100.00 pp. This amount includes a free membership if you complete the registration form

which is on the table.

Payments will be received at the entrance.

The talented musician Tony Galiano will entertain you during this event. The day will conclude with raffle with lots of exciting prizes to be won.
